Our principal Mrs Bruce has been communicating with the principal of Wainoni school. We were emailed some photos of the earthquake damage at Wainoni school and around the area. We were devastated when we saw these images, imagine if that were our school and our classrooms! We all decided to make some cheerful messages of support for some of the children at Wainoni school in Aranui, Christchurch.

ReplyDeleteHi to you all from Room 8 (Pohutukawa) at Wainoni School. We just want to say a HUGE thank you for all the cards, care packs and Easter goodies you have sent us. It makes us feel happy to know other people are thinking and caring about us. Just yesterday we had another aftershock and had to dive under our desks again. Although sometimes it is scary we are great at keeping safe at school and have learnt a lot about how to look after each other. KIa Kaha and thanks you again for all the love and support.
